What is the minimum order length for Kokka fabrics?
All our fabrics are sold by the yard. The minimum order quantity is one yard, and you can increase your order in one-yard increments. Fabric will be sent as one continuous piece.
Do you offer fabric samples before I commit to a large purchase?
Yes, we offer 4x4 inch swatches for most of our home textile collections. This allows you to feel the texture and verify the color accuracy in your own home lighting.
How should I care for my Kokka home fabrics?
Care instructions vary by material. Generally, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and line drying to preserve the integrity of the fibers and prints. Specific care labels are included with every shipment.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Since fabric is cut to your specific order length, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. We highly recommend ordering a swatch if you are unsure about a specific design.
Are your fabrics suitable for heavy upholstery projects?
We carry a variety of weights. While our cotton prints are ideal for drapery and cushions, we recommend checking the 'Rub Count' in the product description for heavy-use furniture upholstery.
