At Kokka Fabrics, we want you to be delighted with your textile selection. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on uncut and unwashed fabric within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the fabric to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Carefully fold the unused fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the fabric to ensure it remains in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
